Established in 2016, Mstone Partners Healthcare is an incubator of biotech, healthcare and AI companies. Mstone founds, develops and grows portfolio companies by building on novel technology as well as human and investment capital. The Mstone team is composed of professionals around the world who bring a range of relevant industry backgrounds with extensive experience working for globally-recognized healthcare, aesthetics, and life sciences institutions as well as technology, investment banking, private equity, investment management and legal firms.

Our professionals manage our portfolio companies at every stage of corporate development from incorporation and provide services including: IP licensing-in, prosecution and management; strategy development and execution including business, clinical and regulatory strategy; Research & Development; investor relations and marketing; IT management; as well as capital markets and IPO readiness, licensing-out, partnering, and M&A transaction execution.

Our life sciences companies seek to further innovative drug development and commercialization. Our portfolio companies advance clinically and commercially-attractive intellectual properties in the fields of lysosomal storage disorders (LSD), CNS disorders, respiratory diseases, gastrointestinal (GI) disorders, liver disorders, lipid disorders, dermatology and aesthetics originated from leading academic and research institutions in the United States, Europe and Asia.

Our strategy focuses on creating unique and risk-adjusted value by investing in select candidates that qualify for expedited FDA approval including rare orphan drugs, specialty drugs, repurposed therapies and novel therapeutics targeting diseases with a high unmet medical need.

Healthcare & AI Application

Our healthcare and AI investment strategy focuses on medical aesthetics and clinic networks. Our aesthetics division builds on the scientific demands of its medical-grade injectables portfolio to develop and market a comprehensive line of innovative aesthetic products globally.

With an initial focus on aesthetic clinic verticals, our AI-powered solutions are designed to improve the clinic experience and target horizontal expansion across healthcare verticals.
